The company Trim-Line Automotive Design offers online shopping via the webshop www.trimlineshop.com We receive orders directly via the webshop's payment system. Alternatively, you can send an email requesting order to jens.trimline@gmail.com.

By online trading at www.trimlineshop.com, it is a condition that you, as a user, check that you accept our trading terms. Then both www.trimlineshop.com and you as a customer are bound by these conditions. The conditions are in full compliance with Danish legislation for Internet commerce.

By online shopping at www.trimlineshop.com you automatically accept the following conditions:

DELIVERY
Orders made at www.trimlineshop.com are provided by GLS, Postnord, DHL, or USPS.
Should delays occur at one of these suppliers (for example around Christmas), trimlineshop.com cannot be held liable.
Of course, in the case of very delayed goods (10 days), or missing deliveries, we will send you a new item, free of charge and with a smile, if it is still in stock.

Upon receipt, it is important that you check the contents of the package. If the package and / or the contents are damaged upon receipt, you must immediately report this to the freight company and return the goods to us no later than two days after receipt. Trim-Line Automotive Design is not responsible for goods that are damaged during transportation. We guarantee, however, that we always pack the goods with loving care, so that there is the least possible risk of freight damage - and, incidentally, are always in dialogue with you, so that together we can find a solution that will accommodate you.

The payment is first deducted from the payment card or account once the order has been shipped.

RETIREMENT AND RETURN
All goods are subject to the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act on the right of withdrawal and return on the Internet. You therefore always have 14 days of right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods by mail, where you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the goods to us.
You can of course pack the item and see it. In that case, the value of the product is obviously not impaired. Brands / tags + any original packaging is considered part of the product and thus the value of the product. Any impairment is assessed solely by Trim-Line Automotive Design
In order to apply the right of withdrawal, you must unequivocally notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This is done per email.
The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
From the fact that you have unequivocally informed us that you want to return your order, you have 14 days to send the package back to us.
If you wish to avail yourself of your right of withdrawal and unambiguously notify us within 14 days of receiving your package, please write the reason for the return and attach a note with your order number along with the returned goods and send us your order return no later than 14 days after you have unequivocally notified us what you want to return.
It is not enough just to return the item or refuse to receive it.
Once we have received the goods and approved the return, we will return the purchase amount / goods value as soon as possible.
According to the consumer rule, the amount must be repaid no later than 14 days after you have unequivocally stated that you wish to return the goods.
However, we endeavor to repay the money immediately upon receipt of the return goods / goods.
Note! We only refund to the credit card with which the goods have been purchased. We do this solely to avoid the illegal use of stolen credit cards.

RETURN
Is done at your own expense. Include a note with your order no. and send the package as safely as possible. Once the item is received, we will process it as soon as possible and return the amount in the same way as it is paid.

Freight costs in connection with the return of goods are for you as the buyer.
Note: We do NOT receive packages sent per. COD.
Return of gifts
If you have received a gift purchased online at www.trimlineshop.com and want to return it, of course you can! However, in order for you to exchange your gift, it is a must that you have the original receipt.

COMPLAINTS
All goods are covered by the rules of the Sale of Goods Act on a two-year warranty. The right of complaint means that you, as a customer, can complain about defects and deficiencies in the goods that have arisen within two years after the purchase (You must therefore complain as soon as errors or deficiencies arise). This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, get the money refunded or get a discount on the price. This depends on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect in the product has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. Therefore, the warranty does not cover errors due to improper use, lack of maintenance or general wear and tear. Be aware of this before you advertise. In case of a justified complaint, we will refund your shipping costs (however, according to reasonable conditions).

For complaints, please state what the problem is, preferably as detailed as possible. Please attach this in writing with the item or email this in advance to jens.trimline@gmail.com

It is important that the goods are returned in proper packaging and that you receive a receipt for the shipment. It is this receipt that we look at if your complaint is considered justified and the freight cost can be refunded. Please note, however, that we do not receive packages sent by COD.

SOLD OUT PRODUCTS
If you have had a look at a product that unfortunately has been sold out in the meantime, or you are generally interested in hearing whether we have, or get, a given item, you are most welcome to contact us at jens.trimline@gmail .com

RESERVATIONS FOR PRICE, PRESSURE ERRORS AND SOLD OUT PRODUCTS
We first accept your purchase once we have accepted payment and sent the item to you. In this respect, we take reservations for price errors, misprints, and sold out items. If an item you have ordered is sold out, we will immediately contact you - and your payment will be canceled.

WARRANTY RESERVATION
Because the current colors you see in the webshop depend on your computer screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact color that the item has on delivery. However, we strive to clearly and clearly reproduce color and material under each item.

PERSONAL INFORMATION / SECURITY
In order for you as a customer to enter into an agreement with www.trimlineshop.com, we need the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
The collection of the above information is necessary for us to deliver the order to you.
The personal information is registered with Trim-Line and stored for five years, after which they are deleted.

We do not store customer information encrypted, but login information is encrypted.

As a registered customer of Trim-Line, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. When registering for a newsletter, we register your e-mail address. The email address is not passed on to others.

FORTRYDELSES- OG RETURRET
Alle varer er omfattet af købelovens regler om fortrydelses- og returret på nettet. Du har derfor altid 14 dages fortrydelsesret gældende fra den dag, du modtager dine varer med posten, hvor du kan meddele os, at du fortryder købet og derpå returnere varen til os.
Du kan naturligvis pakke varen ud og se den. I så fald er varens værdi naturligvis ikke forringet. Mærker/tags + eventuel original emballage anses som en del af varen og derved varens værdi. En eventuel værdiforringelse vurderes alene af Trim-Line Automotive Design
For at gøre fortrydelsesretten gældende skal du utvetydigt give os meddelelse herom senest 14 dage efter modtagelsen af varen. Dette gøres pr. email.
Fortrydelsesretten løber fra den dag, du har modtaget varen. Hvis fristen udløber på en helligdag, lørdag, grundlovsdag, juleaftensdag eller nytårsaftensdag forlænges fristen til den følgende hverdag.
Fra at du utvetydigt har meddelt os, at du ønsker at returnere din ordre, har du 14 dage til at sende pakken retur til os.
Hvis du vil benytte dig af din fortrydelsesret, og utvetydigt giver os besked herom indenfor 14 dage efter, at du har modtaget din pakke, bedes du skrive begrundelse for returnering og vedlægge en seddel med dit ordrenummer sammen med de returnerede varer, samt sende os din ordre retur senest 14 dage efter, at du utvetydigt har meddelt os, hvad du ønsker at returnere.
Det er ikke nok bare, at levere varen tilbage eller nægte at modtage den.
Når vi har modtaget varen, og godkendt returneringen, vil vi hurtigst muligt tilbageføre købsbeløbet/varens værdi.
Beløbet skal ifølge forbrugerreglen tilbagebetales senest inden der er gået 14 dage fra, at du utvetydigt har meddelt, at du ønsker at returnere varen.
Vi bestræber os dog på at tilbagebetale pengene umiddelbart efter modtagelsen af returvaren/varerne.
Bemærk! Vi tilbagebetaler kun til det kreditkort, som varerne er blevet købt med. Det gør vi udelukkende for at undgå ulovlig brug af stjålne kreditkort.
 
RETURNERING
Sker for egen regning. Vedlæg en seddel med dit ordrenr. og send pakken så forsvarligt som muligt. Når varen er os i hænde vil vi hurtigst muligt behandle den og returnere beløbet på samme vis, som den er betalt.

Returnering af gaver
Hvis du har modtaget en gave, der er købt online på www.trimlineshop.com og ønsker at returnere den, kan du selvfølgelig sagtens det! Dog er det, for at du kan bytte din gave, et must, at du er i besiddelse af den originale kvittering.
 

REKLAMATIONER
Alle varer er omfattet af købelovens regler om to års reklamationsret. Reklamationsretten betyder, at du som kunde kan klage over fejl og mangler ved varen, som er opstået inden to år efter købet (Du skal altså klage så snart fejl eller mangel ved varen opstår). Dette betyder, at du enten kan få varen repareret, ombyttet, få pengene tilbagebetalt eller få et afslag i prisen. Dette afhænger af den konkrete situation.
Det er et krav, at reklamationen er berettiget, og at manglen ved varen ikke er opstået som følge af fejlagtig brug af produktet eller ved anden skadevoldende adfærd. Reklamationsretten dækker derfor ikke, når fejl opstår på grund af forkert brug, manglende vedligeholdelse eller almindeligt slid. Vær derfor opmærksom på dette, inden du reklamerer. Det er vigtigt, at varen tilbagesendes i forsvarlig emballage samt, at du får en kvittering for afsendelsen. Det er denne kvittering, vi kigger på, hvis din reklamation vurderes som berettiget og fragtomkostningen kan tilbagebetales. Bemærk dog, at vi ikke modtager pakker sendt pr. efterkrav.
